3 Ingredients Chocolate No-Bake Coconut Bites

When you’re looking for a healthy but quick treat, these no bake chocolate coconut bites are a smart choice. They contain only 3 incredibly nourishing ingredients! You’d be surprised how much time and money you’ll save. Best of all, you know exactly what goes into your homemade snacks and you won’t have to pay for snacks loaded with processed sugars and synthetic ingredients you can’t pronounce!

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

4 oz enjoy life chocolate chips

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Unbleached mini baking cups

Directions:

Melt chocolate in a small sauce pan or toaster oven. (Chocolates will become soft, just mix with a spoon until they melt off)

Add cinnamon, and coconut flakes.

Mix until well combined and scoop into baking cups.

Refrigerate until the contents becomes set. Enjoy!
