How About Just Walking As Part of A Healthy Lifestyle?
It is said that engaging in physical activities is important to well being. Of course I’m a strong believer. However, as a busy mom who is also passionate about well being, I have struggled over the years with getting the best out of my gym memberships until I found what really works for me. Yes, simply walking! I just go out and walk. This is always, and will always be my first choice of physical activity. Why? Because its free , no equipment needed, and very effective for weight loss and weight control. In addition, my walking time as become my “Me-Time” because its relaxing and I tend to complete several miles while listening to an audio book of choice. I’m always looking forward to my daily walks. You can optimize your walks by increasing the duration and intensity for weight loss! I challenge you to make walking part of your physical activity and experience how you feel.
