Ingredients
- 3 cups oat flour***
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 and ½ cups room temperature milk
- ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons honey
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all wet ingredients together
- In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients together
- Add dry ingredients in two batches in the wet ingredients. Give it a gentle mix and don’t over mix.
- Preheat your waffle maker
- Once ready fill up with enough batter and make sure to avoid spills
- Cook until crisp and golden brown
- Serve with fruits and honey or maple syrup.
***It’s pretty easy to make your oat flour. Simply use a coffee grinder or blender to process until a fine texture is achieved.
