Nourished Supermom’s Chocolate Avocado Pudding

My four ingredient chocolate avocado pudding is what I call A “Power Meal” In A Cup!

This pudding has suddenly become my favorite dessert or snack because it’s packed with nature’s goodness! It features avocado and coconut milk as sources of health fats, unsweetened cocoa powder with tons of nutrients and antioxidants and also naturally sweetened with dates. Every single ingredient in this recipe offers you tremendous health benefits, and gives you every reason to ditch unhealthy desserts that don’t serve you well. Feel free to enjoy this decadent dessert without an atom of guilt. I know what you’re thinking…I promise you will not taste the Avocado!!!

My family loves it and I know yours will too!!!

Ingredients: Serves 3

  • 2 Avocado (green and a little soft)
  • 1/2 cup Pitted Dates (chopped, soaked and drained)
  • 2 tbsps honey(optional)
  • 1/2 cup Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton)
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  1. Add the avocado, soaked dates to the food processor and pulse to combine. Add the coconut milk and blend until the avocado mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and honey(if using) and blend again until combined.
  3. Serve chilled. Sprinkle with hemp seeds or coconut flakes. Enjoy!
