Happy to be growing and enjoying these amazing sprouts within a few days on my patio! They are pretty easy to grow, no large space needed and no special equipment! You get a bunch like this with only 2 tablespoons of seeds.

Broccoli sprouts, like other sprouts of any vegetable refer to their humble beginnings. They are loaded with up to 100 times more “Sulforaphane” than any cruciferous vegetable.
